Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Daily prayer for June 16

In the Gospels, the heart of Jesus is moved with compassion for the crowds (see Matthew 9:36) and tells us that he is meek and humble of heart (Matthew 11:29). The Sacred Heart of Jesus, which began beating in the womb of the Blessed Virgin more than 2,000 years ago, still beats today in humanity and wants us to honour him because he knows the blessings he will grant to us all. For the daily prayer of June 16, we will pray to God to help us regain the trust that we have lost for some reason or other throughout our lives

The Sacred Heart of Jesus will continue to beat forever for each of those who come to Him. He wants to pour out His grace, the love and mercy of God the Father to all mankind. In the heart of the Lord, we experience God´s overwhelming mercy and His infinite desire to be in relationship with us.

Daily Devotion for June, 16.

Throughout the centuries, many Christians have taken refuge in the merciful heart of Jesus during his good and bad days. The Blessed Virgin Mary and the saints have taught us that, if we want to have a meek love, we must seek that loving Heart. The apparitions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to St. Margaret Mary of Alacoque, was a revelation of love for humanity. A Heart, burning with love, which, being pierced and crucified, offers itself as a sign of salvation and mercy.

On this day, June 16, we are going to show our devotion to this Heart of a simple heart. The heart of Jesus longs for us to offer our love and devotion in return.

Daily Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

In this daily prayer of June 16, we are going to ask God to help us regain our confidence. May every insecurity we have within us be overcome in the powerful Name of Jesus.

My Lord, I want to present to you my heart weakened by so many situations against it that have ended up filling it with insecurity. I feel as if I have become stagnant and my trust has been lost.

I want you to help me to increase my confidence. I´ve been struggling to get it back, but I feel like I´m not moving forward. I ask you to forgive me for not focusing on you in the first place.

I pray that, when those fear-based feelings begin to emerge within me, You will help me to reject them through the power of Your love and all the forces You give me from Your Sacred Heart

I am capable of anything in your name, Lord. I choose to believe in the transforming power of your love, to believe in what month you have empowered me to accomplish great things and to do all that you call me to do on this day (name that which is on your mind)

I want you to help me turn this page in my story. We praise you because you are a God who never changes and for that reason I know you are already working in my life.

Only you know what the future holds for me, and you know the changes I experience and the daily effort I make. I know that none of that will be in vain if I entrust it into your hands. You promise that you will never leave my side and I believe that.

Thank you Lord for loving me unconditionally. I know that God´s plan for my life will be incredible. I am powerful when I put my trust in You. I know you will fill my heart with that trust again to see me fulfilled as a beloved son who does not turn away from your grace.

As I continue to give my best, and strive to do better and better, give me unwavering confidence, give me confidence to develop those good purposes. I know I am a precious person in your eyes and your love for me goes beyond what I can imagine.

Blessed are you Father. Help me to walk in that truth of your love. Help me to reestablish trust in my heart, to wake up every day with joy, faith, patience, strength, truth, life and hope. Amen.
