The Sacred Heart of Jesus symbolizes the infinite mercy of Christ for all humanity. He is the source of the living water that renews life itself. At times, we allow our hearts to be filled with anguish, fear, anxiety and various worries. At such times, we need to take refuge in the Heart of Christ, in that open wound in his side where we can find healing. The Lord invites us with these words: "Come to me, all you who are afflicted and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am patient and humble of heart, and so you will find relief. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28). In the daily prayer for June 30, we will pray to God to comfort and relieve our wounded, tired, and weary hearts.

Devotion to the Heart of Jesus is Christ´s loving way of drawing us into His goodness. He has revealed Himself as an infinite ocean of mercy into which we all enter. The scope of His love for us goes beyond our limited understanding. He wants to show us what true love is and he does so through his Sacred Heart.

To the Sacred Heart of Jesus be praise and glory forever and ever. Amen. For the daily devotion for June 30, we ask God to relieve us of this weary heart.

To the Sacred Heart of Jesus...

Sacred Heart wants to bring within you a healthy and clean healing process. Open your heart and receive that grace. In the daily prayer for June 30, we pray to God to receive comfort and relief for our poor weary heart.

Beloved Heart of Jesus, what a beautiful invitation you are making to me by telling me that "come to me the tired and the afflicted, I will give you relief". Not even the greatest love poem ever written could compare to the sweetness of your protection. You are a close God, a friendly God, a God who consoles and alleviates the suffering of those who come to you entrusting that healing balm.

Help me, Jesus, to repair my weary heart. May I continue to take steps in your direction. Heal the wounds I have reaped from the stumbling and failing I have had. I have encountered hundreds of problems, nothing is fulfilled for me, what a difficult life I have led. But you come, with the balm of your grace, to fill me with your joy and with that powerful force that raises the weakest of the fallen.

I want my heart also to burn with desire like yours to ease the burdens of others, especially those of my loved ones. O Sacred Heart, inexhaustible source of restoration, great consoler of souls, destroy my heart of stone and build in its place a meek and humble one, full of goodness and piety, a heart that does not judge, that seeks only to serve and to relieve. May your love be cradled forever in my heart and make me a new vessel.

May my heart now feel the power of your love and may its beats be united to yours to live, from now on, being an instrument of your love. And so, through me, I will pour out blessings and miracles to all who come to me. I love you, Lord.

So many things I have asked of You, O Sacred Heart of Jesus, but this I implore of You, I ask it earnestly. Take it, place it in your open Heart, present it to the Father wrapped in your precious blood. Let it no longer be my prayer, but yours. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in you. I know I won´t be disappointed. Amen.

Daily Prayer intentions for June 30.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, end this month by thanking You for all Your blessings. We accompany You until our weariness by honoring You and asking You to make us more meek and humble like You. Deliver us from all evil on this path. We surrender our weary hearts confident that, in Your hands, we will receive a powerful restoration. In You we believe, in Your love we trust forever.
