Daily Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, June 14.
Under the influence of this love emanating from the Sacred Heart of Jesus, our Savior, and by the effusion of his blood, he married his Church: "For love, he let himself be married to his Church. Thus, from the wounded Heart of the Redeemer the Church was born, the dispenser of the Blood of Redemption, from which flows that abundant current of sacramental grace from which the children of the Church drink of eternal life, as we read in the sacred liturgy: "From the pierced Heart the Church is born, the Bride of Christ... and she pours out the grace of his Heart". On June 14, we give to Christ all our indifference, so that he may give us the strength to free ourselves from this terrible dryness of heart.

St. Thomas Aquinas, in one of his reflections, indicated: "From the side of Christ, water flowed to cleanse, blood to redeem. Therefore, blood is associated with the sacrament of the Eucharist, water with the sacrament of Baptism, which has its cleansing power in virtue of the blood of Christ. On this day of June 14th, let us support our prayers for that bath of grace that came from the wound in the side of Christ´s Heart.
Daily Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
For the prayer of June 14, we are going to ask God for a blessing of strength, so that we can overcome so many things that hinder us on the way to holiness. Sacred Heart of Jesus, today we place under Your radiant Presence that INDIFFERENCE which dries up our lives.
Beloved Father, we come to you now confident in your Fatherly love that heals everything, to give you all our thoughts, feelings, fears and hopes, around this project of life that we want to build at your side.
Lord, help us to be healed of our indifference. We give You our egos, any desire for prestige, for believing ourselves superior and for possessing some personal advantage or comfort over others.
All this, Lord, hardens our hearts. Indifference is like a cancer that blinds us from within until we lose sight of the merciful love of Your Heart.
Infuse strength into our spirit, so that we can water that infertile soil within, which is causing dryness in our lives. Help us to die a little to ourselves so that we are NOT indifferent to everything around us.
Too often, we look away and divert our attention from the many problems of the world that seem too big to be our own business. Forgive our indifference, Lord.
It is much more comfortable, to look only at what surrounds us, our homes, our challenges and projects, our excessive focus on what we do. O Lord, forgive our indifference through the isolation in which we place ourselves.
Father of goodness, help us to look at the world through your eyes, to feel what your Sacred Heart feels, to appreciate, understand and have empathy for everything around us.
Help us to be in solidarity, to have a generous heart and be willing to serve when others need a hand. May my heart be moved by your love and may indifference be completely torn out of my life. Amen.
