My Lord, You are my all, whom I always want to honor with words and actions. I want to be able to love You above all things. Teach me to be happy with You in the happy times and in the difficulties that daily life brings. I want to let go of everything that separates me from your love. Give me the strength to remove those inner obstacles that prevent the healing wine of your Word from making its full abode in my heart.

I invoke the power of your love at this moment Lord, so that through it you may free me from attachments, selfishness, lack of interest, vanities, sadness and passing goals that make me consumed and stop the blessings of living a new life by your side. Stop all power of darkness, all negative influence that is against me to achieve that purpose of uniting myself entirely with You.

O Lord, may Your holy and perfect love drive out all fear within me. Fill me with the new wine of your hope. Fill me with confidence in all my struggles. Repair those areas of my life so that I may be that wineskin that resists and receives the graces you want to give me. I pray that your love will always be my refuge, the fire that consumes everything inside me, healing every wound, taking away my grudges and putting peace of mind in all my thoughts.

Lord, through your immense compassion, move your hand within me with power and make me a new vessel. May I be a beacon of light, illuminating and radiating your love. Break every bond and vice that has cracked the love of my heart. I trust you, I put all my anxieties, my fears and every problem that has my soul prisoner of pain and does not allow me to open to your experience of transformation. Protect me Lord, cover me with your Blood that washes, purifies and gives new life. Amen.

Now, I put myself in your divine arms and I am going to take refuge in your Sacred Heart. I trust in your strength that comes into my life. I trust in your blessing that you pour out upon me at this moment to emerge victorious from my struggles and to grow in love, mind and spirit. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

"Sometimes life presents greater challenges and through them the Lord invites us to new conversions that allow his grace to better manifest itself in our existence "so that we may share in his holiness" (Heb 12:10). At other times it is only a matter of finding a more perfect way to live what we already do: "There are inspirations that tend only towards an extraordinary perfection of the ordinary exercises of life".
