The Catholic Church is all the faithful.
The Catholic Church, at present, has religious and lay missionaries of both sexes throughout the width of the planet and in the lesser thought out corners, who carry out on a regular basis and for the love of Jesus, a great number of works both material and moral and spiritual support.
The Catholic Church also carries out a number of social works administered by different Foundations or Parish Pastoral Assistance, which cover areas such as: schools, dispensaries, shelters for children and the elderly, hospitals, rehabilitation centers of all kinds, leprosy clinics, etc., making it the organization that most helps the poor around the world.
