Daily prayer for Friday. September 11, 2020. God is your strength and hope. Reflection, blessing, and healing with daily prayers of faith

Daily prayer for September 11, 2020. Blessing prayers for Friday.

When we pray the daily prayer for September 11, 2020, we will implore God to give extra strength to all of us who are tired and afflicted. Many of us may be involved in a routine spiral these days, but God has made each of us strong. In today´s reflection, Friday, we find a numerous source of testimonies that invite us to continue to do things, to advance towards the desired goal. May we find in these daily prayers the courage to do it well.

"Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me [when I was] in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him. Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD." Psalms 4:1,3-5.

Time for the Daily Prayer.

Talking to God through daily prayer on September 11, helps us to have a clear thought about where we should look for strength. Meditate on the reflection for Friday, and let us find our courage amid the ups and downs of our lives.

Daily prayer for Friday. September 11, 2020.

Jesus of my life, every moment, from the moment the sun rises on the horizon to the sunset and again until dawn breaks, my soul leans towards You to feel protected and loved. I would like you to give me the strength today not to succumb to the various manifestations of evil, to keep my heart protected in your love and to reject everything that tries to destroy and harm me. In my heart I wish that the precepts of your love may reign eternally, so that my feet may move in only one direction: towards the banner of your truth, humility and compassion.

O Lord, help me to imitate your virtues in spirit and truth, to become a true Christian, compassionate, without judgment or condemnation, always correcting with love, without my mouth uttering painful words that offend others. Do not allow me to fall into the temptation of criticism and murmuring. Free me from gossip, because I recognize that I also am wrong and can fall in this deceitful habit that can be so destructive. Teach me to see in others the best of every one.

My God, my Lord, remove from me any negative and poisonous feeling that can bring some emotional damage. Assist me with the power of the Holy Spirit so that everything I say is under His light. Touch my heart, God of life and forgiveness, so that I am always ready to love without prejudice. Come and pass your healing hand over me and cleanse the wounds of my wrongdoing. I trust in your blessing, in your universal power which can transform the most destructive feelings into talents and blessings for all.

Help me to be persistent in the way of faith, always having confidence in your divine providence. May my heart feel a true joy in counting on your Presence and in living a Christian life. Help me to love those people who do not like me, who seek to harm me and do not understand true love. I pray for those who have strayed from your love so that, in your compassion, they may feel the desire to do things well. I pray for me that you will not lead me into the temptation to judge and condemn. That I may love in freedom. Amen.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, in You, I trust my routine, I trust You with my attitudes and my answers. I want to give the best of myself, so that others may know that, through my actions, You live within me. I love You

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit,

Amen.

Now, in this daily prayer, we go to the intercession of Mary Most Holy and say to her:

Holy Virgin Mary, be my support and my guide.

Holy Virgin Mary, be the salvation of my soul.

Today´s reflection, Friday, September 11, 2020.

In this daily prayer for Friday, let us reflect on the words of the Pope.

"The processes of beatification and canonization recognize the signs of heroic virtue, the sacrifice of one´s life in martyrdom, and certain cases where a life is constantly offered for others, even until death. This shows an exemplary imitation of Christ, one worthy of the admiration of the faithful. We can think, for example, of Blessed Maria Gabriella Sagheddu, who offered her life for the unity of Christians". Pope Francis Gaudete et exsultate, I.5.)
